The pin pad allows tracking of user activity (e.g., who performed the harvest). Use the pin number provided to you by your manager or you will setup during user registration to login. Your name will be displayed in the top right corner. User data is automatically downloaded and saved on the device; a manual download of this data can be initiated with the Refresh button in the lower right corner. If a pin number is not accepted, use this button as a first resort before looking for other reasons or contacting support.
Once you login, you will be directed to the main menu.
This is the main hub for all of the OG Harvest System features. The top row of buttons is used to access the three main functions of the system.
The icon in the top right corner of the main menu will log a user out and return to the pin pad.
Bottom row actions
- Set License - Many organizations have multiple license numbers. This button opens a popup box allowing the appropriate license number to be selected and saved.
- View All - This displays a list of all un-submitted sessions stored on the OG Harvest System. Sessions listed can be resumed, allowing a user to sign out in the middle of the harvest and sign back in later (say for a lunch break). If harvesters change mid-harvest, the initial harvester can sign out and the new one can sign in, resuming the harvest under their user account. If data is unable to be uploaded (due to a poor internet connection, for example), the data will be accessible from this list and can be re-submitted when internet is restored.
- Sync Data - Things like location and strain names are downloaded and saved to the device. These names are automatically refreshed, but this button can be used to initiate download manually.
