Settings

This page is mainly used to change account information, but there are a few buttons at the bottom that may be needed under certain circumstances.

Account information that can be changed:

• Password
• Display Name
• Pin number
• Email
• API Key

Authorization credentials

The end devices (OG Harvest System and Desperado Handheld) use two values for authentication. These are the Org ID and an Auth Pin. For security reason these values are not displayed on the website. To view these values, click on the Send auth info button and they will be sent to your email. Note: this button is only available to admin accounts.

Keeping data in sync

Outlaw Technology maintains its own database of information, such as plant and package info, as well as location and strain names (and more). This data is downloaded directly from the state compliance system at regular intervals. Downloads can be manually initiated by clicking the appropriate "Refresh" button.

Plant and Packages

This data is downloaded ten times a day. Data that is uploaded from the Outlink Console will be automatically kept in sync. If, however, data is entered directly into the state compliance system, Outlaw will not have the updated data until the next download.

Let's say several new packages are created and put into the shipping vault via the state compliance system (without using Outlaw). This new package data will be downloaded within 2.5 hours. If you wish to do an inventory right away, you should first refresh the package data with this button.

Names

Name information is downloaded only once a day and will include:

• Location Names
• Strain Names
• Facility License numbers
• Waste Types
• Growth Phases
