Settings

The Settings page includes various options for managing your account, device preferences, data, and other system settings.

Account information that can be changed:

• Password
• Display Name
• Pin number
• Email
• API Key

Authorization Credentials

To connect your device to your organization, you must retrieve the Org ID and Auth Pin.

For security reasons, these values are not displayed on the website. To view these values, scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click on the Send auth info button. You will receive an email with your credentials.

Note: this button is only available to Admin accounts.

Keeping Data in Sync

Outlaw Technology maintains its own database of information, such as plant and package information, as well as location and strain names (and more). This data is downloaded directly from the state compliance system at regular intervals (about every 2 hours).

If changes have recently been made directly in your state compliance system, you may need to refresh your data in the Console. Re-syncs can be manually initiated by clicking the appropriate "Refresh" button.

Please note: depending on your organization, you might not see every option below.

Names

Name information is downloaded only once a day and will include:

• Location Names
• Strain Names
• Facility License numbers
• Waste Types
• Growth Phases
