"Sessions" are any reports uploaded from any Outlaw product. This includes Harvest, Waste, and Manicure reports from the OG Harvest System, as well as all uploads from the Desperado Handheld.

Session List
Note: This example uses a Harvest Session, but the pertinent information is the same for all session types.
Sessions are listed chronologically by the date they are added with the most recent at the top.
Session Status
- In Progress - (Only applies to OG Harvest System sessions) Denotes that a harvest is currently taking place and harvest data is still being gathered
- Active - Session completed and uploaded to the Outlink Console
- Submitted - Session successfully uploaded to the state compliance system
- Error - This displays if one or more session items fails to upload to the state compliance system. More detail on the error will be displayed in the Session Details page
- Archived - See below, Archiving Sessions
Editing a Session
Session info can only be edited if a session's status is active. Clicking the edit icon to the far right will open a popup box. Information that can be edited will vary by session type (however, the session name can be changed for all types).

- OG Waste
- Waste Date, Waste type
- OG Manicure
- Manicure Date, Strain name
- Desperado Move Plants

Archiving Sessions
The list of sessions can get very large over time. This can clutter things up and also slow down the loading time of the session list page. To help with this, sessions can be archived. Archiving a session does nothing to the data, it is purely aesthetic. Note: In Progress sessions cannot be archived.
To archive sessions, start by checking the checkbox next to the session names.
Once you have selected the desired sessions, click the archive button. This is the closed folder icon to the immediate right of the title.
View archived sessions with the open folder icon to the far right of the title. From here, archived sessions can be un-archived if needed by following the same procedure as above.
OG Harvest Multi-Submit
When submitting harvest data to the state compliance system, the check boxes next to each harvest name can be used to upload multiple sessions. This is simply a time-saving measure to speed up the upload process. Simply check the active harvest sessions to be uploaded, and click the Submit Checked button. After confirming, a popup will display a count of total sessions as well as how many have been successfully uploaded and sessions that have encountered an error. Once all sessions have been uploaded the screen will refresh and if any errors have occurred the Status column will display Error.
OG Harvest Charts
When viewing the session list for any OG Harvest feature, there will also be three charts displayed next to the session list.
These three charts display past data in 30-day chunks: |
