Plant Move - Dashboard

Plant Move reports can be generated from the Outlink Web Console. This is useful if entire rooms and/or strains are moved all at once.

Create the Report

Start by navigating to the Move Plants summary page	Click the Create New button above the report list	Fill in all required fields. These can be edited before submission

Please note: You can move existing Mothers to a new location, but you cannot change a plant’s phase to/from “Mother”

Populate the Report

A popup will open listing all active locations in the left column, and all active strains in the right	Select the location(s) to move plants out of and the strain(s) of the desired plants and click Add Plants	This will generate your Move report with all plant tags under the selected room(s)/strain(s)

Edit the Report

Changes can be made to the report by using the circled icons The Plus icon allows you to add additional plants by entering their Metrc Tag ID The Trash Can icon & Pencil icon allows for line-item deletion or editing

Submit the Report

After final review, your report is ready for submission to your state compliance system. The Paper Airplane icon sends the report, after which it can no longer be manipulated
