"Sessions" are any reports uploaded from any Outlaw product. This includes Count Audit, Scan Audit, Associations, Tag Scan, and Package Audits from the Maverick Handheld.
Accessing Sessions

Click on one of these features to view a list of sessions generated by that feature. |
Audit Sessions List
Sessions are listed chronologically by the date they are added, with the most recent at the top.
Session Status
- Active - Session completed and uploaded to the Outlink Console
- Archived - See below, Archiving Sessions
Editing a Session
Session info can only be edited if a session's status is active. Clicking the edit icon to the far right will open a popup box. Information that can be edited will vary by session type (however, the session name can be changed for all types).
- Maverick Audits
- Report Name
- Maverick Associations
- Report Name, Link/Unlink
- Tag Scan
- Report Name
- Package Audit
- Report Name
Archiving Sessions
The list of sessions can get very large over time. This can clutter things up and also slow down the loading time of the session list page. To help with this, sessions can be archived. Archiving a session does nothing to the data; it is purely aesthetic. Note: In Progress sessions cannot be archived.

To archive sessions, start by checking the checkbox next to the session names.
Once you have selected the desired sessions, click the archive button. This is the closed folder icon to the immediate right of the title.
View archived sessions with the open folder icon to the far right of the title. From here, archived sessions can be un-archived if needed by following the same procedure as above.
Combining Audits
Separate audits can be combined into one report.
Select the audits that you wish to combine, then select the Combine Audit button.

|
Audits will merge and appear on the sessions list as 'COMBINED'. You can also rename the audit by selecting the Edit button to the right.
Metrc Compare
Things to Note:
- Metrc Quantities are generated on demand. Reports are not saved to the console, but you can download the Metrc Compare reports.
- Depending on your Metrc configuration, the Metrc quantities shown may not be for a specific room (IE, audit report of sales floor only) but instead reflect all quantities of a package ID available in that license.
