Navigating backward

The icon in the upper left hand corner is typically used to go backwards and display the previous screen. The exception to this is when the Pin Pad screen is displayed, in which case tapping this icon will display the Config screen.

The physical button located just below the screen to the far right can also be used for backward navigation. However, if this button is pressed while on the Pin Pad screen, the app will close as opposed to going to the Config screen.

Closing popup boxes

Most popup boxes used in the app have either an ok or cancel button (or both). In the cases where a popup doesn't have either of these buttons, it can be closed by either tapping anywhere on the screen outside of the popup, or by using the physical back button described above. 

Canceling downloads

When downloading data, a popup will display with a spinning icon. This popup will automatically go away when the download is finished. However, if a download is taking too long - poor internet for example - the download can be canceled by pressing the physical back button.

Pin Pad

The pin pad allows tracking of user activity (for example, who generated the report). To login, use the pin number that was either provided to you by your manager or set up during user registration. User data is automatically downloaded and saved on the device, however, a manual download of this data can be initiated with the Refresh button found on the Config page. If a pin number is not accepted, use this button as a first resort before looking for other reasons or contacting support.

Mode select screen

This screen displays two choices, Plant Management and Package Management. Although both options are always displayed, your access will depend on your company's subscription plan. Contact [e-mail] to change your subscription plan. The features contained within each of these modes are very similar and only differ by the set of data being accessed (plant vs. package).
